‘Asperges in het Veld’ is a pop-up restaurant concept by Frank de Bot in Cromvoirt, The Netherlands. A couple of days a year, top chefs from well known restaurants will make a couple of dishes with asparagus.
We where asked to make a teaser that contained the experience of the concept ‘Asperges in het Veld’. Our idea was to make a explosion of asparagus, filmed in slowmotion to make it a little more emotional. The explosion was captured in a really friendly and gentle way. Eventually the dish falls in a little too stylized position on a lovely bed of grass.
